HARDWARE :
Our datacenter resides in Clifton, NJ, just 14 miles from the City of New York. It is fitted out with high-end equipment allowing us to provide the service we claim. We can boast by enormous growth potential allowing us capabilities of up to 55,000 sq ft of pure datacenter floor space. It was carefully planned and developed in conformity with all requirements as for cooling, generators, UPS's, secondary generators, fire suppression, and much, much more. Our datacenter is monitored 24/7/365 by an overlapping array of CCTV cameras and datacenter entry is secured by both biometric and card key access.
We own all our servers and they are tailored specially to our needs. We fully benefit from the 64-bit technology using ADM Dual Opteron servers 248 or 250 CPUs powered by 64 bit CentOS Enterprise Linux. The servers have at least 2GB RAM and multiple hard drives in RAID 10 configuration. Our servers run industry standard software. We run Apache, MySQL, PHP, Perl etc.
Our network runs on dark fiber ring connecting the two redundant pops. Each fiber leg is capable of handling entire network's traffic in case of a failure. Each leg can be upgraded to provide transport capacities up to 320Gbps totaling 640Gbps of available transport capacity. Our network is consistently monitored 24/7/365 by the most advanced systems and software.
DOUBLE BACKUP TECHNOLOGY :
Each server has 500GB or greater backup storage array or disk. Your data are backed up to that disk daily. It allows the fastest data restoring should an OS or server failure occur.

Additionally we deploy backup servers attached to 3.6TB or greater disk arrays over a private Gigabit Ethernet network. Each server has a private connection to this network as to not impact live customer network traffic. These servers are used for weekly backups of customers' data.

Frankly speaking, these backups are rarely needed because each shared hosting server has 4 or more hard drives in RAID1+0 configuration and can survive 2 simultaneous hard drive failures.

We will restore your account per your request, however, we embolden you to generate backups on your own. Backup system is fully automated and there is no way to warrantee that a particular file or data will be backed up at the definite time. We do not account for incomplete backups and render no compensation for non current data contained in the backups.
